Hello United Museum Workers,
This is your final reminder that the next meeting of our amalgamated local will take place TOMORROW on Wednesday, November 15th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Meet in person on the 2nd floor of USW Headquarters in Downtown Pittsburgh or join us on Zoom.
As a reminder, at this meeting we will continue the debate as to whether future Local 9562 meetings should take place on Wednesdays, Fridays, or another day of the week.
A group of members from our local have also worked together on a public statement about the conflict between Israel and Palestine. We will vote on whether or not to put out this statement at tomorrow’s meeting, so it is important that we hear from workers with many different perspectives.
