Come hear from the Bargaining Committee about the many tentative agreements they have already reached, and take the opportunity to give feedback about what else we should have in our first contract. We look forward to seeing you there!

New Year, New Home Page!
We started off the new year with a big update to our website. Visit the home page to see everything UMW accomplished in 2022. You can still read about our earlier achievements on the new “Accomplishments” page under our revamped “More Info” tab. Our union still has a fair amount of work ahead of us, but it can be gratifying to reflect on all the progress we have already made.
In case you missed it…
Our Bargaining Committee has already put out three new bargaining updates this past month. The first update pertains to our most recent across-the-board wage increase. The second update focuses on the negotiations about employee parking and future wage increases. The third update helps to explain why management’s process for determining wages is overly complex and inconsistent. Keep in mind that signing up for text message alerts is another great way to stay updated!
